Zaufam z rocznikiem Ramiemu. Dziwny nosek, acz intrygujący, może i białowinny (nie wiem, nie pijam). W buziu już zdecydowanie gronowe, jak kwaśne owocki z ogródku mojej babci. Spoko, bo jest jakieś, a sobotnie butelki jakieś takie podobne do siebie

Je me tanne pas de cette bière. Nez vineux à mort. En bouche, c'est délicat mais bien punché à la fois. Raisin à vin, peau et jus. Complexe, doucement acétique. Sèche en finale. World class.

Many toliets on nose. Better on taste. Gets better by time but too impressive funky at the first time.

Pretty good batch, would have tried another glass of that to find out some more nuances. Pretty clean and balanced considering the previous batches, maybe even too easy. Good one.

Viognier to jest supersexy szczep, tu się pięknie i mięciutko wkomponował w bardzo "winnego" lambika. Klasa. 4.4

A striking resemblance to an aroma of muscat and stone fruit in the aromas. Strong and vigorous wild-funkiness. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium-bodied. Unexpectedly sweet with vinous juiciness. And the malt tastes like biscuits balancing the acidity.

Softer fruit than Racine, more gentle too. Stinky stables aroma though, quite off-putting.

Samen opgedronken met onze nieuwe vriend Zoran, eigenaar van Celtic Cafe Bard ook al had hij last van een ontstoken kies 😅. Licht zuur, volle bak druiven en ietwat houtachtig. Elke slok wordt lekkerder. Steenvruchten, perzik? Kan niet maar toch.....

Typowo białe winko + prawilny lambic. Kwaśność taka średnia, trochę dzikości, dużo słodyczy. Kolejny pyszny lambic dziś.
