Nose is very similar to the geuze, but with a bit of a fresher herbal character. Palate is where it stand out more, hay, dried apricots, dried herbs, dried lime and a long peppery finish. Love of how elegant and soft this is, a classic.

Veel minder zuur dan gedacht/verwacht. Categorie: heerlijk, vooral op een zomerse dag. Wel de natte paardendekengeur waardoor er een passende beleving is.

Needs a lot more time. Acidity dominates, funk developing more will help a lot. Much better after some decanting, helps the grapes pop & dissipates the vinegar note that was present right after opening.

Sweetness (mostly in the nose) of fresh white grapes and great lambic everything else.

Cantillon van de tap; het blijft lijp. Deze smaakt ook tering goed. Heel mooi rond van smaak, mooie aanwezigheid gan druiven, niet te zuur. Echt ideaal!

в аромате сладковатая фруктовость, цитрус в пробковость, во вкусе сладости немного, достаточно сильная кислотность, фруктовость переходящая в танинную пробковость и цитрус с чуть едковатыми уксусными нотками
