Embouteillée le 16 juin 2020. Beaucoup de rhubarbe présente, quelque chose qui me rappelle la cerise de terre aussi, c'est un peu astringent et on a le côté lambic qui ajoute un funk à tout ça. Vraiment plaisante à boire cette bouteille!

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : rhubarbe fraîche, brett, douceur. Bouche : magnifique puissance sur la rhubarbe, acidité, léger poivré, brett bien présentes, magnifique équilibre.

C’est très bon, je crois que la renommé est très inspirante pour rated très haut.. le goût de rhubarbe est bien présent, c’est un peu épuré ! Merci Mathieu Lajoie pour ce beau présent. Une bière mythique, mais pas exceptionnel pour la renommé présente

le fruit est très dominant, donc moin d’acidité qu’une OG standard, on retrouve bien le coter vineux cantillon , c’est bien balancer 👌
