C'est mega bon, bon côté sour et fruité

Acide, astringente, légèrement funky, belle présence de la rhubarbe. C'est clairement très très bon.

Au nez pas de doute c’est une Cantillon ! Acide, sèche, la rhubarbe qui apporte un petit côté poivré. Pas aussi folle que les autres.

Sour/sweet aroma. Tart forward followed by tart rhubarb and hints of raspberry. Carbonation in very low. Finish is tart but clean. Interesting fruited lambic.

Gorgeous beer, so much more enjoyable than I had anticipated. Typical, velvet Cantillon body. The rhubarb provides a nice and welcome brightness to the funky Cantillon base that w/o fruit can lack a some vibrancy. I’m sure this age well. I need more!

Excellent vintage! Man I wish I was able to put this down for a bit longer as the funk feels like it’s going in a good direction. This guy has all the things I love about geuze. Apparently rhubarb is the secret

Fles met Maarten. Goudgeel met een minimale schuimkraag. Fruitig, zurig aroma, rabarber. Smaak is zurig rabarber. Zurige ebt wat weg en gaat over in wat lichtzoetigs. Droge, scherpe afdronk.
