Tart, tangy and sweet. Freshest I’ve had Nath, and the rhubarb really pops. Ho ho ho.🎅

Slightly less cabbage than the 2019. Much more sugar rhubarb, along with hay aroma. Lemon sherbet, ripe rhubarb and fresh yoghurt. Then gooseberry and funk. Finishes with more rhubarb and white grapes. Miles better than the 2020, more fruit prominence.
