Helt fænomenal. Bedste øl med rabarber med hestlængder. Og den er bare blevet bedre på 1,5 år. Tydelig cremet rabarber med hint af vanille. Nu er det sommer!

Appena spillata si sente solo la parte Lambic, sour e funky. Poi, seguendo i consigli di Kuaska, la lasciamo riposare. Ed ecco arrivare il vegetale del rabarbaro, subito amaro e astringente e poi dolce e delicato. Bomba

Le frère me l’avait pogner en loterie SAQ il y a deux ans, je voulais partager ça avec lui. Il y a eu consensus: Cantillon fait des solides gueuzes fruitées. Acidité modérée, rhubarbe punchee.
