4.85 but amazing enough to round up to a 5. What keeps it from perfect is that I'm not drinking it in Belgium and the rhubarb borders on very slightly too intense as far as balance goes. Thank you Darin B.!!!!

About two weeks ago I had such a good time at Ammudsøn. I drank the best beers I’ve had in maybe 3 years, but I totally forgot to check them in. Now, I regret not paying more attention to the pics, but the talks were so interesting that I couldn’t care!

Sunshine hay preserved lemon rich earth. Vibrance and complexity, light and intense, mouth watering but quenching. Tang a lang. Don’t tell me to tear myself away from drowning in this aroma; I can’t and I won’t. You’re perfect just the way you are.
