Troebele gele/gouden kleur met witte schuimkraag. Geur is zurig, appel en iets funky. Smaak is licht zurig, appel, gistig, funky, hout en iets droog.

Funky, green apples, musty & acidic nose. Vibrent bittersweet apple cider, followed by a nice amount of lemon & vinegary flavour that isn't too aggressive. Smooth mouthfeel feel with fine bubbles and a light body that leaves a dry aftertaste.

3.9. Croute de fromage, faible longueur, carbonatation trop importante, pas ce côté citron léger que j’avais dans la 2020. J’accuserais plus les conditions de conservation que la bière elle-même. Voir comme elle évolue dans de meilleures conditions.

Hele goede gueuze. Medium zuur en nu al behoorlijk complex. Ik ga maar eens een paar wat oudere jaargangen proberen.
