Zo'n vrije dag sport op de bank is een prima reden eens een écht goeie open te trekken; genieten. Wat een briljant bier. Heerlijk zure krieken met een zoete fruitige nasmaak. Intense wrange smaak. Lichte tonen van hout die het mooi complimenteren. Top 🥰

Special Christmas beer. Very tart; hard to say if fin the base beer or the cherries. Heavy funk, kind of mask the cherries a little but does not ruin the whole experience!

2016vintage, 2018bottled, tasted in 24/11/2023 burgundy wine, chambolle musigny, wild rose, raisin, cherry pie, tea, hawthorn long-lasting aftertaste with a bunch of flower super clean mild smooth mouthfeel layered my favourite Cantillon beer this year！

Big chewy, slightly cherries, soft funk, a little bit of acidity, soft cherries, lingering acid. Horse blanket. Absolutely amazing.
