Stonefruit lambic showdown (4) vrij zurige start, maar meteen veel fruit, veel zoete abrikoos, schil. In de neus, in de mond. Alsof je in een abrikoos bijt. Sprankelend, zoet, funky.

Nose: gentle, tart. Mouth: sour, then super fruity (apricot marmelade)… 🤤

Maybe the best fresh Fou I’ve had. Mellow acidity and perfectly just ripe apricots. Not overly fruited, perfectly in balance.

Amazing! Full and complex with some apricot aftertaste. One of my favourites from them so far!
