Beautiful stone fruit aroma. Peach rings. Some calamansi/orange as it warms.

Surprisingly approachable for a Cantillon. Hard to pick out any flavor notes other than "apricot lambic", but it's balanced so precisely.

Apricot aroma, finely prickly, sour, stone fruit, peach, refreshing, light. Pleasure to drink (had in 2022)
