Golden brew w good citrus on the nose. The palate is well balanced w good sour notes and fruit. The finish is slightly sweet.

Bottled 24 June 2021. Earthy, elderflower, tart, light and dry.

Much better than the bottles opened last year. Elderflower flavour is stronger and the beer is more refined.

Mye mer pepper, mye mindre floral enn da vi drakk den fersk i oktober. Fortsatt lett, ikke så kompleks som det beste fra Cantillon.

Buenísima la nota a saúco, muy presente, con bastante amargor acompañado. Difícil igual..

Thanks Tyler, this bottle was drinking nice. Only a touch of green pepper, lots of fresh herbs and elderflower along with some house yeast, and oak. No pickle juice or strong vinegar.
