Reviews seemed mixed in general but wow I really like this. The elderflowers really pops in mouth and fades away quickly, leaving me ready for another sip.

Love the floral nose, faded a bit over the drink and got some more green notes. Body amazing

EB from this weekend. Very nice elderflower expression and lemony citrus notes. Elderflower lemonade at its best. No green bell pepper/jalapeño.

This is a super interesting beer. It's peppery, herbal, light, not overly tart and super refreshing. I rarely seek out Cantillon or buy lambic, but this is right up my alley.

This absolutely stellar. The peppery notes are perfect and the tartness and funk ratios work harmoniously throughout.
