Love vig when it’s still pretty fresh but a tiny bit of extra funk. So much grape, super refreshing, excellent beer

Soft white grapes, gentle sourness. Sweetish, fullbodied aftertaste with refined flavours of bit dryish white grapes. Hint of sourness and even some bitterness. Grapeskins to finish things off. Delicious and complex, just the way I love it.

Middle _ White wine on the nose. Tart and wild in mouth, again white wine, grapes and bit of barn/stables plus vinegar (4.15)

Grapes. Tart. Citrus. Lemon zest. Good acidity. Medium sour. Not my fav Cantillon but good!

Very late Friday dinner due to work. This is developing beautifully. Funkier and more complex than last time and the acidity is still mellow and balanced.

Sea buckthorn and funky scent and taste, tart and sweet, grape clearly there on the palate. Lovely.
