Apéro avant de monter. Gros stock à boire. Cette Vig était telllement bonne. Ronde, pas trop acide, on goûte bien le lambic.

2023.03.22. Muscat, green apple, wild blossom and its honey, and subtle notes of nuts in the aroma. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied and watery. Honey-like sweetness with the flavors of muscat juice. Very weak but dense carbonation. Drinkable.
