10/7/21 bottling. Big pop when opening. Don't love the nose but flavor is really good. Unusually tart and effervescent. Mineralic and nectarine. Better than previous versions I've had.

Quite tart with a light fruitiness on the finish. Get the grape flavour.

Showing a colleague lambic. Always a fun experience!

Apricot, peach, honey, apple, lemon, less dirty funk than usual, cheese, hay, horseblanket. Reasonably fine carbonation. Takes something like a Tilquin Pinot Gris and delivers more grape character without losing balance. Nice 4.3

Heerlijk.

A very well balanced lambic - the white wine influence isn't subtle but it's absolutely gorgeous. Aromas are unsurprisingly vinous, with a hint of peach. It's got white grapes, soft effervescence, more outreach, hint of lemon and funky. It's delicious 🥰
