Fris zurig, overduidelijk witte druif van smaak, een kleine houttoets en een vrij droge afdronk. Er ontbreekt wat body om het naar een hoger niveau te tillen

Outstanding aroma. Beautiful funkiness. Classy cheese and mold feel. Sweat, horse, hay, farm, leather. Dryness, Bretta. Amazing green grapes. A vinous Lambic. Juicy. Apple, stone fruits. Salty. Mouthwatering. Low-medium bodied, mineral, crispy. A monster.
