Think I'm the only person to check this in on cask but it definitely came from a hand pull. Very dry.

Petit jus de raisin lambic funky, très cool, mérite quelques années de plus pour vieillir. Acidité légère, bien raisin blanc, bonne longueur

#2 As last time 🥰 Still fresh and delicious, maybe a tad moar funk & oak, very different from 1st to last glass of the bottle which is moar fruity, goes perfectly with HM seasoned sweet potato mash 🍠😋👌

Acidité d’un bon lambic. Amertume légère. Retour raisin blanc. Équilibre parfait.

Bovengemiddeld zacht. Licht zoet zelfs. Fruitig en bijzonder vol in de mond. Druiven in overvloed. Ingetogen en voluptueus tegelijk. Geen hooi, gras, hindes of zonneweiden. Gewoon mooi 👌

Souverän gutes Bier. Nichts anderes erwartet. Klassiker der Traubenlambics. Das Label nervt aber. Kein Hinweis auf Abfülldatum. Sieht man erst wenn der Korken raus ist. Da könnte man schon mal nachbessern. Mal bei Berto anbringen. 🙃

vintageわからないとの事なので1番新しい年次にチェックイン。当たり前だけど美味しい白葡萄。うまい〜 前菜盛り合わせは苦手なものを聞いてくれるからありがたいです🥰
