Decanted this one before having it, which made it a lot more uniform. Not as acidic as I thought it would be, mildly funky.

Tart blueberry and musty, barnyard maltiness with a subtle acidity and sourness. Beautiful.

闻起来很强的Funky味，还有蓝莓果皮的涩味，酒厂地窖的阴湿味。会觉得比普通的水果味的Cantillon独特、有趣。但这个味道真的好吗？对于喝过许多常规款康帝隆的朋友来说越新奇就代表越稀有，就像今年的Zwanze2024。但如果叫一位不了解Cantillon酒款的朋友来喝，它是否会得到比Sangbleu更高的分呢？至少我没办法真正客观的评价，酒标的设计都会一定程度的影响我的感受。对于这样一瓶我向往已久的酒，它一定会得到我很好的评价的。
