Farmhouse and toe jam funk meet yogurt on the nose. Blueberry on the palate with a deeper sweet note that brings to mind sweet cherry more than blueberry. Different from any other Cantillon I've tried. A treat to try, thanks N.

Lots of intensive fruitiness, quite acidic, vinegary, highly carbonated. I haven't had any other vintages, but sorry, this one is way below Cantillon average level. As fruit lambic, still decent and drinkable

Och så hände det till slut, en Cantillon blåbär föll i mitt knä, och… den smakade som all blåbärslambic. Organisk funk en masse, sträv och torr. Blåbär behöver sällskap av annan frukt för att funka, fråga bara Tilq eller 3F som lider av samma sak.

Very much oak and associations to red wine - and some Blueberry nose - with a clear indication of being sour. Taste is obviously sour - but more tart than sour. Still lots of oak and some Blueberry. Will never be my style but not that bad after all!!

Very lively blueberry sharp sour. The funk is in the background but needs more time. Hint of earth.

Difficult to find any lambic here. More likely a wild ale with blueberries. Feels something odd tho, like dying fruits. A bit monotonous. Slight note of vinegar that doesn’t disturb at all. Massive fruitiness. Medium body. 3.70
