Głównie owoce, szczególnie leśne, trochę aronia. Cierpkie, dość kwaśne, ale nie octowe. Bardzo dobre

2023.03.22. Now it’s called ‘Sang Bleu’. Sweet grapes, cranberry, and nuts in the aroma. Very smooth and velvety mouthfeel. Medium-bodied. Very sweet and that would probably be everything about this. Lots and lots of grape juice flavors. Mild acidity.

Complex berry nose with promises of vanilla and toffee. Overall still sour palate with no trace of any sweetness. On the scale of Cantillon, this is above average, interesting but somehow disturbingly brown and messy.

Zapach owoce leśne, jagoda, mało funky, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, cierpkie, owoce leśne, jagoda, cytrusy, mało funky, poprawne, trochę jednowymiarowe.
