One of the best Lambics I ever had. Very balanced sour/sweet and aromatic assemblage. Quite a lot of carbonation (Thanks Billie's?) and cloudy view. The vanilla is somewhat on the background. Not too sour or bretty for novices.

The blueberries really soften the raspberries and typically acidic profile; this one evolved as I drank it.
