Sweet framboise lambic, but quite shallow and lacks complexity. Prefer from bottle or Moeder contraption.

Annoncée magic Lambic, pourtant d’un jaune paille et transparent (framboise? Myrtilles?). Sans bulle et sans saveur de vanille un peu étrange quand même, je dirais plutôt GCB mais bon le barman avait l’air convaincu ! Ça reste très bon cependant :)

Very smooth subtle and fruity. Expected a bit more though. Nice but not extreme.

Lighter blueberry and raspberry. Delicate. There’s a hint of vanilla that just warms it up beautifully. Light mineral and a sexy tartness. This is so good.

One of the best Lambics I ever had. Very balanced sour/sweet and aromatic assemblage. Quite a lot of carbonation (Thanks Billie's?) and cloudy view. The vanilla is somewhat on the background. Not too sour or bretty for novices.

Pure raspberry jam, hints of blueberry and so much vanilla once it warms up a bit. Pastry lambic seems to be becoming a thing and I’m here for it

Raspberry jam on the nose and on the pallate which subtly fades into lingering blueberry and vanilla. Love it.
