Que dire, toujours cool, avec une belle carbo, les notes habituelles sur la pomme, citron, des aspects plus terreux et le funk.

Funky nose, tart citrus and brett flavours. Quite a lot vinegar acidity. medium to low carbonation with low zing.

Bottles 3 months ago. Never had cantillon geuze this fresh. Definitely needs few more months to find into itself. Very unbalanced and a lack of carb

Split with Dave at Monk’s. 5/20/21 bottle. Vinegar, basement must, lemon, and young funk. Haven’t had a gueuze this fresh in quite some time. 3.9
