I can hardly put into words how much I appreciate this beer; it displays the fruits incredibly well, while still retaining the base beer character. Restrained acidity, dry, funky, dense pillowy head, toasted almonds, Ceylon cinnamon, cherry jam & leather.

Had to pop this one early bc of damage from shipping in the cold, but the cherries are very vibrant and tart. Dry and light funk and wood on the end. Very good!

Вот бывает кислинка ламбика уксусная проглядывает в крике сильно, а тут кислинка вишни с дачи. Кантиллон в этом ламбик био (даже молодом) потрясён как всегда. Спасибо Кириллу за завоз Кантиллона!
