Lively carbonation. Fresh, green cherries dominate an oily, woody, funky and light vinegarlike lambic. Terrific.

23/06/2020 batch. Totally flat, weirdly thick syrupy body and heavy acidic lemon finish. Very disappointing - would expect more from Cantillon. Worst Kriek in I had from them in decade+

L'acidité est vraiment beaucoup trop intense. Bouteille défectueuse? Concentré d'acide lactique.

What Krampus left me in my shoe. Very strong yeasty funk, mild taste of sour cherries. The sourness is almost unpleasant, like the aftertaste when you puked a bunch. But there's a woodiness that turns it pleasant again. Drunk at room temp.

3 jaar geleden gebottled. Hierdoor is de krieksmaak naar de achtergrond. Vooral erg zuur. Had meer verwacht.

Cherry juice. Not very sour, especially for a lambic. Good, though.

LCI - but I remember a strange disappointment, our bottle was somehow overly acidic compared to the usual Kriek 100% Lambic

Så skulle cremen af cremen altså prøves. Dejlig kirsebær lambic. God sour, fin kirsebær smag, men kunne godt bruge lidt mere sødme. Sour delen er lidt i retning af Duchess de Bourgogne. Ellers rigtig lækker. Men må igen sige at Boon stadig er på toppen.

Svak duft av kirsebær, med hint av eddik. Noe pussig smak av kirsebær, syre, kjelleraktig mørk buljong&muld. (Bedret seg etter å ha stått 45 min.) Sur&tørrende i ettersmaken. Skummet forsvinner raskt, litt daff karbonering. Tappet 12 (22?) juni 2020. 6%

Ruby color, fine pink head. Aroma of cherry, red wine and hints of barrel. Taste is nice but not great, it's sour and tart but cherry and oak are a bit hidden, mouthfeel is not great either. Aftertaste is sour, a bit flat imho. To try again !
