20 avril St Gilles. 20h45 y fait clair de même et on est bien dehors 😍. Première fois au Original. Je me tanne vite de la grenache blanc en fût.

Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon Vraiment bonne le raisin est beau, bien goûteux, acidité modérée, belle texture en bouche.

4.3 - Apples. Light thyme and rosemary. Maybe some elderflower and lemon. The tartness was a bit too much for some of the more delicate notes.

Nice, but for me it was still a bit too young. The wine and lambic flavors were still separated and clashed a bit. Should be amazing once the flavors blend into each other a bit more with a bit of extra time though.

Really fresh white wine flavor, crisp, tart, green apple.

My favorite white wine lambic so far from them. Nose between white grape juice, white wine, and lambic. Palate follows, with well carbonated mouthfeel, nice mix of fruitiness and earthiness.
