Ripe grapes mixed with juicy gooseberries. High on Mineral Horse. Sweet. White pepper. Grape peel funk. Some interesting and sparkling rhubarb at the end.

Njomm.

Soft white wine flavor. Not as complex as some others.

The grapes add a non-sweet fruit taste reminiscent of wine

Another one from the last weekend tasting. Another white wine lambic. It has all the characteristics of GB such as herbaceous & citrus notes, apple & acidity. Some stone fruits too. Kinda sweet. Nice. 4.40⬇️

Grape forward, some citrus and moderate acidity. Wet wood and some floral notes in the aftertaste. It follows the latest delicate white grape offerings from Cantillon. ⬇️4.40. Cheers to Mike for sharing this one.

A lambic that works best to start a session with. Light and refreshing. Not very complex

A lot of depth. Nice apple and herbal taste. Less acidity than the previous.

Had to get another one before it kicked. Of everything they have at this event, this is probably my favorite ❤️

Sweet for a Cantillon lambic. Like a sweeter Vigneronne. Tasty though. 4.35

2 yr old lambic, aged on Grenache Blanc white wine grapes from the Ventajou estate vineyard in Felines-Minervois, France. Wow. Just wow. Love the fourth notes, barrel tanks, and dry finish

Big juicy white wine, strong funk, a bit plasticy at first but I didn’t taste it as much after first or second sip.
