Sour Sunday: Hair of the dog edition. A delicate yet complex Gueuze, oak barrel, green apples and some slight funk. Super easy drinking. A delight.

Grymt bra! Massa smaker, härligt balanserad. Mer intensitet i smakerna jmfrt med standardgueuze. Pga avsaknad av bubblor? Riktigt gott iaf!

Lime, lemon zest, slightly funky and herbal, hay, a tiny bitterness, much better than what I expected.

A lot of depth in a lemony, orange peel way. Balanced tho. Slight funk. This needs time, but it’s already incredible imo.

Maybe the only time to be excited to see a flat gueuze. Complex, better than the regular classic but just barely. Glad I was able to try it. Thanks Eric Z. Paired well with the Mitraillette, miss Belgium
