Bright acidity on the nose. Savoury, hints of lemon verbena and old hay. Sharp and bright but very dry. Long, soft bitterness and more umami brett character. Soda bread? Subtle oak, hint peppery. Finish is rich and long.

Vrij plat zoals verwacht. Een veel frissere Gueuze dan gewend van Cantillon. Lijkt een klein hintje cognac of iets dergelijks in te zitten, wat groene appels, wat hout. Lekker hoor!

Paar jaar terug was deze fles een hele hype. Qua smaak ook echt een hele prima geuze, is best funky. Alleen de afwezigheid van koolzuur is jammer. Lijkt zo soms een matige natuurwijn.
