Toujours pas de carbo mais ça glisse tout seul ! Agrumes, pêche, vin blanc, puis cuir funk et enfin acidité et boisé, ça devrait bien vieillir !

Aroma and flavor are awesome—herbal orange Campari vibes with no sweetness and a big tart lacto and pedio note adding some stone fruit and honey notes. I miss the carbonation but also appreciate the story behind how this comes to be.

탄산없는괴즈? 그냥 람빅아님? 했는데 진짜 이상함.. 향은 딱 깐-괴즈같은 복숭아같은 프루티한 캐릭터가 많이 느껴지고 허브느낌 좀 나는데.. 맛이..맛이.....단맛돌고 바로 쌉쌀함살짝으로 넘어가는듯 싶다가 물같이 끝남. 맛...있나...?없나....?먹으면서도 잘 모르겠는디...?
