2-years later, still a very nice beer. Sour with subtle fruitiness. Love the Lambic funk.

Nice, typicité Cantillon, joli funk, belle acidité, légèrement sauvage, sur des notes de fruits blancs, herbacées légèrement sauvages. Bien cool ! 4,3

Christmas things (12). Great but not mind boggling. Pretty much what you would expect here. Soft and pillowy, very low sourness and a little funk. Quite the malty boy for a lambic.

Lighter on the tobacco and hay funk in aroma. Bit more sour than expected, lemon peel and tangy apricot. Very light carbonation, but super silky. Less abrasive than the 3F before it, but maybe I didn't prefer that today.

Everything about this is lighter than the 3F before it (the tobacco, the funk, the carb) except for a more metallic tang in the middle that was missing from 3F. Enjoyed the more subtle approach here. Rating: 4.35
