This is lovely. Oak, sour, barnyard, but somehow also sweet. Really tasty, drinkable lambic. 4.4

Fresh green hops; floral and herbal. Woody. Funky and dry sour aftertaste. Subtle bitterness. Wow, this is fantastic!

Of 4.3. Smaakt heel intens, bijna fruitig. Mooie hop in de neus en lekker moutig. Nog een beetje rijpen en zal top worden

It has a tart and bitter flavor, like crabapple, white grapes, orange, maybe grapefruit, followed by an oaky or woody dry bitterness. It leaves a long lasting dry and slightly sweet flavor that is really pleasant. It is delicious and you enjoy it by drink

Funky, sour, dry, musty and a nice Oak flavour. Great balance between all these flavours. Pleasant carb too.

Pressed some handpicked apples to make cider full way through for first time. Thought that seemed like an excuse to crack a Cantillon. First time I've had Iris, but got a 2018 bottle stashed away to see how it ages but this is amazing this fresh.
