Fijne geur van de brett, diepe intense gist geur met daarbij de kriek, goed in het fruit, eerst de krieken, daarna een hele scherpe zure afdronk, heerlijk

Draft versie smaakt toch anders/beter. Siroop smaak blijft deze vintage nog steeds houden, maar holy moly issie zacht!

#DzikiPanel It's... fine. Cherry and funky aroma. Taste dominated by cherry skin and not much else, except for the tart finish. A very much alright Lambic.

I've not had the time to get to the brewery, however I couldn't come to Brussels without having a Cantillon beer. Outstanding as always

A pour at the festival. What a joy. Of course full of cherries but also a bit thicker. One of my regular faves from cantillon. Can’t go wrong with this one!
