Januari ‘22. Fleshy, vinious, a bit tannic. Dark forest fruit, juicy. Very funky. Barnyard. Curious what 5 years will do with the other bottles.

Stunning Lambic. Great flavour and perfect sour level. I deserve this after moving a tonne of soil and a tonne of scoria today, and building a couple of wicking beds

Bescheiden zuurtje. Mooie funk en volfruitig met een vineus karakter. Droog in de finish met een klein pepertje. 4.40 thanks voor de ruil Gerard..

有着树莓、红提子汁、酸樱桃、红醋栗以及大黄之类的味道，野菌带来的酸香隐藏在大黄带来的香气里，虽然仍有点冲，显得颇为和谐，中段开始有些新鲜的玫瑰花瓣和干玫瑰花苞味，其下才是烘烤过的谷物和全麦面包味。口高酸度高而匀整，通透的红色果香后才是麦芽壳和面包香气，整体显得比较清淡轻盈，也有很好的活泼感。
