Dry, quite intensely funky grapes, sour citrus fruits, lemon and lime, wet oak. Clear gold, small, frothy, white head. Medium sour. Sour, wet oak, lemon and lime juice, acidic funk, funk, vinous, soft carb, full bod. Punchy, a bit too sour.

What a day, what a beer! This one has such a unique flavor! Mineral, with some herbal hints (thyme?) and a unique fruit flavor, reminds me of dry peel of “laranja da terra”, also some wood/oak flavor. Every sip a new discovery… my new favorite Cantillon!

Oh this is nice. I like it more than the last vig ive had. Its not overly vinegary but with time it mught be. 3.25

LCI - C’était le dernier verre, un petit verre.. je me souviens avoir plutôt apprécié, vineuse, notes végétales, maraîchères, terreuse.. c’était spécial mais pas désagréable

When my 2 loves combine, cantillon and savvy b grapes! Absolutely divine, I have to say I would rather drink this than white wine any day of the week.

Such a mind bending beer. It’s not at all like other wine beers in that it’s super stonefruity, you could almost not tell that it’s a wine beer except that it’s Radikon they’re working with, and then it makes total sense.

Quite sweet at the start but balances out after a while. Crisp, dry, very white wine like & thirst quenching given the warm weather now!
