Moeder Lambic April 9th. Super fruity version at 2 month old since bottling. Still funky, orange wine like but fresh and vinous. Sharp, citric and slight oxidative. 4.38

Agree with skrip on this one. This batch is a lot better. Not as vegetal, less musky, light balanced citrus notes. Very nice

On est sur du champagne à la bière ! Un peu plus acidulée bien sûr ! Le raisin est présent, légère acidité, c'est doux très doux ! Collaboration avec les vignerons de Radikon,en Italie. Lambic 2 ans sauvignon blanc. Un régal

Incredibly unique. Dry bubbly funky sour grapes with an incredible aftertaste of sweetness. The grapes are sharp and border on an apple-like flavor

Getting some watermelon and other melony notes. Zero burnt rubber fresh. Slightly vinous. Curious on how this develops.

Starts pretty sour, even acidic with a spritzy carbonation making it pretty refreshing! Citrusfruit like lemons with some musty grape profile from the Chardonnay, Tokay and Sauvignon Blanc.. Couldn't guess the grapes if you asked me, except the latter..

Vineuse, plutôt légère, tout en finesse, avec un côté vin blanc en trame de fond. Un aspect plutôt végétal amène également de l'équilibre. Très bien !

LCI hier. De la personnalité et de la finesse, on profite bien du caractère vineux. C'est frais, léger, expressif.
