Profumo delicatissimo. Media carbonazione. In bocca si sente tantissimo l'uvaggio traminer. Dopo qualche minuto in bicchiere si apre e si apprezzano ancora di piu le note vinose. Finale secco e astringente.

Dry white wine profile with a subtle sweetness. Loads of grape skins and the Gewürztraminer is really recognizable. It actually reminds me of Antidoot Alsace. Tart and quite tannic.

Initial taste was floral and grapey tannin heavy, but as it warmed there was a subtle effervescent aftertaste that was a few unidentified light fruits. Hard to put my finger on it.
