Аромат бреттов, сена, луговых трав и овечьего сыра. Вкус сладковатый, округлый, кислый, серный, вяжущий небо, виноградный с хорошей сухой терпкостью и легим деревом в послевкусие. Очень приятное и питкое пиво.

闻香：复杂，层次感丰满，金百合花，一些核果，花蜜 入喉：些微丹宁感，辅以一些荔枝和李子香气，酸感从尖锐至内敛。圆润饱满。

Low to no carb. The wine side of the pair is very, very earthy and dirty in a good way. The beer is much smoother but shares the same grape flavors just much less earth and smoothed out by the lambic. Really like this one a lot.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Fruity and buoyant but still holds plenty of depth. Pretty adorable lambic.

Thanks Jarno D. Really full-bodied, oily palate. Taste and aroma has lots of pastry notes, buttery. Aftertaste fruity, ripe yellow stonefruits. Well balanced and tasty stuff, completely different style from other white grape lambics.

Raske töö, aga lõpp paistab. Pehme, viinamarjane, magusapoolne, pirn, õun, nõrk mineraalsus, hape mõõdukas. Hea mahlasus, aga maitsesügavus on chardonnay võrreldes natuke nõrgem.
