Lekker luchtige brunch

Light notes of apples, pears and lemon. Smooth, limited acidity. Surprisingly watery but that was exactly what was needed at 10am.

Début quintessence. Je préfère de cam 5 ans. Ça reste formidable. Fromage (ça va revenir souvent ca), poivre, et agrumes léger. C'est flat aussi.

For what this is, this is amazing. Tons of depth, buttery- thick body, slight apple on the back end. Huge finish.

Smoother than expected, not that oaky. Still very mature obviously, flat. Kind of a Grand Cru Bruo on steroids. Curious on how this will turn with age!

18 avril. Quintessence. Ça c’était si bon. (Moins que le 2 ans de 3F) mais plus droit, moins funky. Se promener dans le Musée c’est fou.
