This iteration is spectacular right out of the gate! Notes of pear, white grape must, cedar, dry cider with a soft perfect carb level. Really wish I could have taken bottles home!

Last one from the Quint, and hope to be back in 2 years...! I must say I really liked this one. Maybe still young so not extremely complex, but absolutely well balanced, deep and interesting. And a great way to finish, drinking almost a bottle of it 😅
