Massa bär och druvor, björnbär, hallon, vinbär, röda druvor, tanniner, ek, härlig funk. Torr avslutning som får munnen och vattnas, gott för sig själv, passade utmärkt till oxfilén. Om inte Cantillon bästa öl så iallafall en av deras bästa.

Sensational. Impeccable blend of sweet, tart and funky. Held up well from 2019 - got the sense it had mellowed just a touch. Bright fruity grape, with musty oak, sourness and a peppery finish adding a great deal of complexity.

Tugev keha, mõõdukas happesus, natuke kohupiima, hea viinamari, tugev tanniinine lõpuosa. Maitse on kauakestev ja kuiv,nõrk sõnnik, viinamarja kesta on palju. Võiks ehk tsipake rohkem mahlasust olla, aga tegemist on ikka super rüüpega. Aitäh Marten!

Ah pis fuck it. La culmination d'une magnifique semaine. Vineuse, tart, complexe. Très longue en bouche, ça persiste ++ en finale. Bière/moment/compagnie 10/10.

Wowoweewow. Nez de champignons d’une cave de Belgique, mais maudit que c’est bon en bouche. Juste assez de sucre et de tannins, la bière au vin parfaite.

Seulement la 3e fois que j'en bois! Certainement une des meilleures bières au monde. L'équilibre parfait entre l'acidité, le funk et le fruit.

Moment très attendu. Gros produit, tannique, merlot, un peu boisé, acidité parfaite. Complexité juste on point, pas overwhelming, les saveurs sont bien distinguées et ça persiste longtemps en bouche

Buddy got married this weekend and he had a bottle of this saved . Woah .. unbelievable. One of the best beers I’ve ever had 10/10 would recommend
