LBDDPDH blind. Les gars trouvaient ça difficile de vraiment faire un choix. Marc callait Nath, François disait que trop acide pour être du lambic il a callé DeGarde 😂. Moi j’ai adoré, le cheese était là, la poussière aussi. Imagine dans quelques années.

Massive amounts of funk, very musty. Comes across as well aged, it's delicious.

4.65. If this opened up over an hour I think it would really shine but funky clay, wet basement, spiderwebs, lemon, over oaked wet wood, classic deep old Loon funk

我一直没有很理解cantillon的贵兹，对我来说总是有些过酸。这一瓶是我喝过最好的贵兹之一，微酸中可以尝到甜和苦，三种味道循环出现，完美交织。沙口感不强，给这款贵兹带来了一种清泉般的易饮感。这款贵兹喝起来与之前喝过的Loerik, Gueuze 2014 1.5L相似。个人倾向于高沙口感的酒，如果这款沙口感足够的话就会成为我理想中的5.0分贵兹。

4.4 , very nice blend of mature lambic, not that much on the dry paky side but rather round with a nice vinous fruity touch to it, this will become killer with time.

A beautiful blend. Wish I could find more information on it but it drank very nicely and is layered and complex. A real treat. Would benefit from aging for a year so may try to get another

Quite young (2019) but majority being 4 yo lambic tastes like quite a mature gueuze. More than a little golden doesjel about it. Pretty fruity with apricot, mellow tart, smooth, pretty accessible but lovely lambic.

Wet wood, oak, low carb, slight leather note, citrus zest, touch of orange and mandarine. Complex. Slight dusty muskey profile. Apparently last bottle at fonteinas for now, they have more but will put them in the cellar for a few years. Nice

So good. Some sweet sherry aspects mixed in with some younger geuze. Will get better with time but great as it is at the moment

Mooie blend van 4, 3 en 3 jaar oude Lambic. Lichte oxidatie, weinig bubbels, mooie Funk. Heerlijk. Nice catch Tom O. Last bottle
