As I said, I’m starting to believe that fruited lambic is not the best — but this, IIRC single vintage lambic, is delightful.

People love to complain about GCB but it’s not bad. Something is definitely missing, but can’t quite put my finger on it. Maybe no effervescence really draws out a lack of minerality, and the beer is somehow less sharp. But it’s a touch funky, and tasty

Interesting brew with how this has aged. It’s flattened down a bit but maintained nice balanced notes.

Tart, lemony, woody aromas. Light body and carbonation. In mouth sour, tart dry, puckering finish.

Слабо. Вроде уксусность присутствует, но водянисто. Больше на белое вино похоже.
