Wow. Una eleganza incredibile, con un acidità lattica che si sente al palato e poi appena bevuta sparisce. Al naso invece paradossalmente al contrario, complessa che ricorda il cuoio. Ecceziunale.

23 avril. Dernière journée à Cantillon. Ça prenait une Bruo. Bien bonne, moins ronde/cheesy que d’autres années. Roberto a l’air de moins feeler aujourd’hui.

Begon met een onaangenaam bittertje maar dat verdween na een tijdje. Maakte plaats voor lekkere funk, zwaar eik, mooi complexe lambiek.

Kerge karboga lambic, milles keskmine mineraalsus (eelkõige raud), aprikoos, roheline õun ja puidu mõrkjas mekk. Rüüpe lamedus ei ole kahjuks positiivne, eelistaks tugevamat karbot. Samas cantilloni tase on olemas. Maitseküllane lambic.
