LCI. Redelijk van smaak, maar zo plat als het maar kan zijn. Totaal geen CO2. Zijn we nuet gewoon.

Funky and earthy geuze with a strong woody flavour from the barrel. Some pleasant stomach acidity in a fruity way. Dry, tart and sour just like it should be, delightfull taste of Belgian yeast.

Ganz ganz klassischer Gütegeschmack, aber bei diesen Bier ausgewogener als bei dem Großteil aller anderen. Nicht zu sauer, nicht zu stallig und der Korken war nicht zu fest drin. Zudem Bio für das gute Gewissen und die gute Sache. Toll umgesetzt, stark.

Duft av druestein, sitronsaft&hvitvin. Velbalansert smak som duft, m/grønne druer, grønne epler, noe bruspulver&dødehavssalter. Lite skum, lot hvile etter åpning. Mindre fus enn ventet. En bedre balansert gueuze enn de fleste ferske fra 3F. 5.5%, T140120.

This is Cantillon, but not as we know it Jim. Is this the real deal? Sweeter than usual vintages, not the typical Cantillon sour edge, or mouth feel for that matter. Hopefully I can get to the brewery next year to try the real thing.
