Been awhile since having this classic. Young n beautiful vintage. Just past the year since bottling. Steady, funky with green apple, citrus n elderflower blossom 4.25+ Happy friday 🍾

Nez bien funky avec du cuir, de la poussière et un côté végétal. En bouche c'est plutôt sur le citron, avec une acidité maîtrisée, et c'est vraiment très ample. Pas très complexe à ce stade mais très aromatique, vraiment très agréable.

Classic gueuze. Good to taste a nice one again. A bit cold on draft. Leather, brett, funky, grapefruity. Highly tartness.

26/8-2020 small bottle. Could’ve fooled me as a Fou, tons of stone fruits especially apricots, great carb, soft, little funk, might be the best young Cantillon gueuze I’ve ever had.
