Flo à Toronto! Pour une raison X j'avais jamais encore goûté à CSG. Vraiment nice, surtout en fût. C'est funky/dusty et le dry hop amène une belle finale houblonnée/résineuse qui complémente bien les saveurs. Belle longueur en bouche aussi. Très cool!

Fruitiness, tartness, sourness, stomach acids, herbalness, sweetness and bitterness. A tasty and balanced tart brew. I wouldn't have expected anything else.

Funky dry hopped two year old Lambic with a bitter finish. The aroma was incredible and so much flavour. Thank you Gino M. for introducing me to this beer.

Smaker fantastisk seff. Tydelig sitronpreg, og veldig frisk. Hadde vært perfekt om sommeren.

Actually, not as bad as the latests Cantillon I've had on tap. Funky but not acetic, bit of honey, some herbs. Some bitterness I do really enjoy there. It's pretty good. Cantillon kegs not tasting as a poorer version of the bottles, that's new.

Very smooth, with a good edge of interesting Cantillon things happening. As good as ever.

Zapach pestkowe, cytrusy, funky, derka, rustykalne, intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, cierpkie lekko, cytrusy, pestkowe, funky, lekko mineralne, fajne, dobry rocznik.
