柑橘香やほんのりとその花のアロマ、フレッシュながらほどほどの酸味にミネラル、青い柑橘とほんのりホップ感。フレッシュだから酸っぱいのかと思ったけど存外飲みやすい。ランビックはいいな〜一部のカスい自然派ワインみたいにマメらないし。
