Aroma acético. No paladar muita uva verde, limao siciliano, cereja e sal. Dulcor baixo e acidez média equilibradissimas.

Cantillon slightly different from the way they use to make things. But pretty good. Somehow funky salty sourness, kinda sparkly from the rhubarb. Pretty tasty but easy. Pleasant. Not acetic at all. Liked it.
